 BigBrownChunx, thanks! After trying to follow the arduous Win32 build
 process, I have verified your claim.

 * Note to devs: do this for 2.0.14 or 3.0 please!

 * Built-in Cygwin perl works fine: didn't need to install ActionPerl.

 * '''libpurple\win32\global.mak''': change "enchant" to 1.6.0; remove -g
 from CFLAGS; I also had -D_WIN32 as a DEFINE (probably unnecessary).

 * I had to '''chown -R a+rw''' my '''win32-install-dir''' to get the files
 to copy out of it.

 * Did I really need to sign up as an Apple Developer to get the Bonjour
 files???
