 Hi.

 We've had this problem for a while but it only happens to one computer
 regardless of the user logged in.  This particular computer keeps missing
 chats and they don't pop up on the screen like on other computers.  It's
 very strange but if you happen to know a solution or what is causing the
 problem, we would really like to know.
