 I have installed them before and I don't see what the problem is this
 time. I installed Pidgin and then I got the Smilie file. I copied it into
 the directory, I even changed the line in the theme to default and still
 no joy. Every time I click on the preferences it simply refuses to
 recognized them and just drops down with the default, small or none
 options.

 What gives?
