 Configure still reports JSON support as optional:

    Build with JSON support....... : yes

 but in fact libpurple code now includes json-glib/json-glib.h and calls
 json_XXX functions without flagging in libpurple/util.c.

 So either make JSON mandatory in configure or fix libpurple/util.c to use
 correct flagging for JSON support.
