Comment:

 We don't "update" protocol version on demand, it's not that easy. You can
 track protocol reverse engineering status at http://toxygen.net/libgadu/.

 Also, status "Talk to me" aka "Chatty" is already implemented in 3.0.0
 branch, see d801539142d65069c01636c0819fd86cb3d268a2.
