 I would like to suggest a feature for chat rooms/conferences. I would
 prefer that the window would flash when an IM is received in the chat
 room/conference. I realize that this is a functional feature when an IM is
 made directly to your person, but it would be useful to have this feature
 available while in a chat room/conference. If this ticket would be better
 submitted as a plug-in request, please let me know and I will resubmit it.
