 Yes using 2.10.1. I've applied their workaround as a temporary solution
 for the windows build. I've generated a windows installer, I'm in big
 channels right now and everything seems to be working just fine:
 http://i.imgur.com/Iibup.png. No odd channel users list, no high cup
 usage, no slow down.
