 There seems to be another problem. I had few old contacts that I do not
 talk to anymore. So I blocked some and rest of them (including the blocked
 ones) I deleted from my contact list. After Updating server with my
 contact list I am still getting notifications (Growl) when such person
 comes on line but it is only Growl since I do not see them in my contact
 list.
