 On second thoughts, sending only the custom icon capability (and no
 icqmood) to maintain compatiblity with older versions of Pidgin isn't a
 good idea.
 This will mostly cause confusion for other clients (e.g. it doesn't work
 with Miranda 0.9.44).

 The updated patch `icq-moods_compatible_with_icq75_v2.diff` isn't backward
 compatible (i.e. people using older versions of Pidgin will not see your
 mood), but uses the protocol properly.
