 Going through a bunch of unassigned/old tickets to see if they're relevant
 to Privacy Rewrite, it'd be nice if there were a canned response of
 'Please retest and report'.

 I seem to recall speaking to lschiere about canned repsonses some time
 ago, he indicated it required hardcoding within trac.

 Given that 3.0.0 is on the horizon, a canned response such as this may
 also be useful to reports for bugs etc. filed (say) five years ago. AFAIK
 we don't auto-close reports, but it'd be nice to be able to encourage
 people to re-test and update us on stuff they've tried bringing to our
 attention.
