 Also true in 2.10.1.0 - though the bottom half of the Buddy List window is
 visible and reachable, there's no handle to move the whole window into the
 desktop. The top half of the window is offscreen and unreachable by mouse.

 Using the right-click context menu "Move" doesn't attach to the top bar,
 as some other applications permit, so the window can't be moved into the
 desktop area proper.
 Workaround: the "Maximize" context menu function does bring the whole BL
 into view, full screen, but "Restore" again misplaces the BL half off-
 screen as above.
