Comment:

 The third party who hosts the spell-checking dictionaries that we use
 changed how the hosting is done and the automatic downloading by the
 installer doesn't currently work.
 The error message in the installer should point you to the [wiki:FAQ],
 which contains manual instructions for installing a spell-checking
 dictionary.
