 If you can provide logs, I can look into it.
 You will need to provide logs from the debug window (help > debug window).
 Please open the debug window before you start the conference.

 Once opened, keep the debug window running and continue with your chat.
 Ideally I will like you to continue till you see at least a few message
 drops.
 Then you can save the debug file and attach to this bug.

 It will be very helpful if someone in that chat is using official yahoo
 messenger, and once you are done with logging the debug messages, ask that
 person to copy the contents of the chat room to a file and please attach
 that file to this bug too.
 (This will help me see all the messages from all the users, and know which
 messages were dropped in what order).

 Also, it will be very helpful if you can get me the wireshark packet dump
 of this conference (ie start the wireshark packet dump before starting
 conference and then close after closing the conference, save file and
 attach to the bug). If you find it difficult to get the dump, I can
 proceed without it, but it will be helpful if you can get it.
