 On that note, I opened a ticket previously
 ([http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/12461 #12461]) and QuLogic recommended
 that it might be possible to glean more information via a packet capture
 of the connection. Is there a quick tutorial anywhere about how one might
 go about doing this? What exactly is the 'connection' that I should be
 trying to capture?
