 Unfortunately, I think I'm still accurate in saying that there's no-one on
 the Pidgin team who knows anything about the Sametime protocol, who might
 be able to attempt fixing this.

 We're no use as users either, as although we use it every day does anyone
 understand what's happening behind the scenes? I guess unless someone
 comes forward with the required skills, it's not going to be resolved
 (most likely non of the Sametime bugs are?).
