 We, as Pidgin developers have no desire to take on another protocol
 plugin.  If anyone wants to implement a plugin for this protocol, feel
 free to do so, but we will not accept it into the Pidgin and libpurple
 source.  Any such plugin can be maintained as a third-party plugin just as
 a number of other protocols are currently maintained.
