 After I click on a hyper-link in a chat window I become unable to scroll
 up and down that chat window without having to first click back into that
 chat window for it to gain focus.  I first noticed this happening after
 upgrading to 2.10.6 but even reverting back to 2.10.5 and 2.10.4 the
 problem still persists.  I have tried disabling all my plugins and looking
 in the debug window but I am unable to see anything going wrong.
