 After parting a channel using '/part' or '/part #channel' Pidgin uses some
 other data as the part message.

 Examples:

 (9:52:54 PM) You have parted the channel: ISON <a list of my friends here>

 (9:58:25 PM) You have parted the channel: PART #channel:PING 1339034305

 I've confirmed other people in the channel are also seeing this
 information.

 I also use the IRC More and IRC Helper plugins so I'm not sure if one of
 those may be causing the problem.
