 It seems that it is worst than I was first told.  It seems that every
 sentence ends in double commas (I have attached a screen shot from my
 contact who reported the problem to me).

 It happens when I type links in by hand, copy them from firefox or from
 any applications but it seems it isn't just links that double commas are
 appearing after it is all sentences.
