Comment:

 Temporarily solved.
 It was caused by Utilu Mozilla Firefox Collection so it was uninstalled.

 I cannot reproduce my problem so far since I've uninstalled it.
 I think that Utilu MFC was problematic. (still don't know why but hey, who
 cares now? :))
