Comment:

 The "Offline" installer has everything you '''need''' to run pidgin - the
 "Online" installer may need internet access to get the minimum
 requirements.

 There is more than just GTK+ in the "Offline" installer.


 I really don't think that this is all that confusing - changing the name
 will not change whether or not internet connectivity is required to
 install the optional pieces and really won't change the confusion level.

 If the error message from when the dictionary download fails needs to be
 improved (it looks fine to me), lets do that, but I'm not in favor of
 changing the terminology.
