Comment:

 Changing the terminology isn't going to fix any problems or change how
 people choose what to download; I think "Offline" is reasonably accurate
 and it isn't worth investing time to mess with this.

 The help text for the "Spellchecking Support" section already makes it
 known that Internet access is required, so we're not doing anything behind
 the users' backs.
