 After months of pulling my hair out over this, I finally figured out a
 workaround that stops the message from coming up. I had to download an old
 version of AIM (I used 5.9.3857) that still had the menu option to change
 the formatting of my screen name. Once I used that to change the
 capitalization of my screen name there to match what I was using, I
 stopped getting the error message. I tried everything else I could think
 of to sync up my screen name using the website and the latest versions of
 AIM, but this was the only thing I could find that would do it correctly.
