Comment:

 Yes, we would accept a translation update from you.  Our Myanmar
 translation hasn't been updated in many years (I did a cursory look and
 didn't see any updates since 2006).  I recommend emailing the translators
 mailing list and letting people know you're working on this.

 The preferred way to submit a translation is through Transifex:
 https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/pidgin/  You'll need to request
 creation of a Myanmar translation team.
