Comment:

 We have no way to validate this change, so it will have to go through our
 current Serbian translator, Miloš Popović.  Unfortunately it looks like he
 hasn't submitted an updated translation since March 1, 2009.  This
 obviously isn't a great situation... if Miloš doesn't think he'll be able
 to continue translating then ideally someone else would step up to take
 his place.
