 The ICQ protocol in libpurple does not currently have an "Allow multiple
 simultaneous logins" option (like AIM and MSN seem to, for example). More
 specifically, since ICQ seems to allow multiple connections by default,
 perhaps a "disallow" option would be more reasonable.

 It would be very nice if this could be implemented since it is currently
 very annoying when you get logged in from multiple machines by accident.
 Is it possible?
