 pidgin 2.10.2 is crashing on attempted send of any IM. Applies equally to
 gtalk, aim, yahoo IM.

 Running on 64-bit Windows 7.

 pidgin 2.10.2 was just installed, has never worked on this machine.
 Performed uninstall, then reinstall.
 Same results.

 attempted a reinstall of earlier version pidgin 2.10.1
 Experienced same problems, cannot send IMs.
