 /path/to/new/directory' or 'pidgin -c "D:\path\to\new\directory"'
   * '''''Junction point (Windows XP)''''': there are tools that can create
 an NTFS junction point (similar to a symbolic link; can't point to a
 location on another drive)
   * '''''(Windows only) PURPLEHOME environment variable''''': defining
 this environment variable will change where libpurple looks, similarly to
 the -c option.
