 Normally you would not use the upstream PPA for security updates, since
 Ubuntu should backport them to the local packages.

 Also, if you use Pidgin for IRC, note that the Ubuntu version
 2.10.0-0ubuntu2 contains a fix for the following equivalent bugs, not
 fixed in original version so far:
