 website.  I found that my logins were being denied because AIM wanted more
 personal information from me.  For my newer account, they wanted my "full
 name"... and the other(older) account they also wanted a security question
 answered.
 This was the solution for me too, although I had already filled in my
 name, email and security question on AIM a few months back.  When I logged
 onto the AIM web site, it asked me for these again but it had all my
 previous values filled in already.  I guess they just wanted confirmation
 that the info was still up to date.
