 Ok, so it's: 16 months, 3 minor versions and at least 15 duplicate tickets
 and this bug remains unsolved. Yes, I know, Pidgin is developed by people
 in their free time, but there's a lot of references about this file
 transfer protocol, and I'm assuming it's already developed in Pidgin, so
 it's a matter of debugging, not full development. Will it have anyone's
 attention someday?
