 Pidgin has been unable to properly detect when buddies go offline.
 Buddies coming online updates just fine, but when they log off, Pidgin
 never notices, and keeps them marked as whatever their status was when
 they logged off.
 If I try to send them a message when they are "offline", Pidgin sends me
 an error saying that the message cannot be sent due to the person being
 offline, despite it appearing otherwise.
 I have to deactivate the MSN account and then reactivate it to refresh my
 buddy list.
