 The reason in my case really was that protocol was set to AIM but the
 login server was the ICQ one. Setting protocol to ICQ solved the problem.

 I just wonder why I had no problems since yesterday. Is it possible the
 update from 2.10.1 to 2.10.3 changed the protocol setting?
