 I am trying to install custom emoticons to my pidgin - both by clicking
 and dragging the appropriately zipped file into the themes list, and by
 creating my own theme in the .purple directory, both as the documentation
 instructs. However, clicking and dragging the zipped file does nothing
 whatsoever, and my manually-added folder isn't showing up in my themes at
 all. I am running version 2.10.3 on Windows 7, if that helps. Any help is
 greatly appreciated.
