#15094: After closing chat room list(irc),it doesn't re-appearanymore

 I can no longer acces irc.

 Only the frame with the buddy list appears.
 And the frame to add accounts.

 The option "Add chat" is grey,as is "list of rooms".

 I closed the laptop,re-installed pidgin.
 Nothing changes.
