#15098: Voice on Pidgin cuts off first part of the word

 When using voice and video over gtalk with Pidgin the first part of the
 word is always cut off. For example if I were to say "This is really
 annoying" the other person just hears "--is -s -eally -oying"

 This happens the faster you talk and the higher pitch you are. I've tried
 turning off all anti-echo and can not make this go away. I've been able to
 reproduce this on two different computers.
