#15110: Make the accounts dialog's width autoadjust it's size to fit content

I've several accounts with some pretty long names, and some of those don't
fit the width of the accounts dialog, so a scrollbar is added. I
therefore need to scroll horizontaly to see the protocol.

I see no reason to keep it the size it is.
I even came to think it might be for smaller screens, but the preferences
 dialog is actually wider.

It would be nice for the accounts dialog to either:
 a) auto-increase it's width to fit the accounts without having to scroll
 horizontally.
 b) simply use a larger default width. This is probably a very very simple
 fix.

Auto-increasing the height in order to fit more accounts if there are more
than 5 or 6 would also be nice. I see no point in the dialog being so
small be default (and not remembering it's size if I resize it and
 close/reopen it).
