 I keep receiving this message: "As a security precaution, please click the
 link to verify your ICQ account
 http://validate.icq.com/icq/validate.html?uid=..." from my ICQ contacts
 over and over and over again...

 The link leads to an outdated (2007) ICQ validation page and submitting
 the security code doesn't appear to resolve the problem. I don't receive
 the messages from all ICQ users and not all the time.

 The messages appears to come from users of QIP, a russian ICQ client. Any
 thoughts?
