 I saw that someone else felt it was a bug to display the OS version
 automatically...but I feel there should be a way to show it if you wish to
 show it. For example right now you can type "/debug version" and it will
 output your version of Pidgin and libpurple to the chatroom. But what if
 you want to advertise that you're a Linux user or whatever? Sometimes you
 want to brag, lol. There should be a "/debug version uname" or something.
 In UNIX, it would display the output of "uname -a" or at least just uname.
 In Windows, it would output the result of "ver" in "cmd".

 Also there should be a way to do a shell command and put the output in the
 chatroom or IM session you're in. Like the equivalent of !! in vi.
