 Hi thanks for your response.

 I've seen the "blocked" issue before, but I don't think this is the same
 thing, I checked for blocked by showing offline users, and also tried
 blocking and unblocking the user to no avail.

 It was a clean install on Win 7 x64 on both the recent installations I've
 seen it on.

 I will try pecan, I saw it in the plugins and wasn't sure if it was a good
 idea or not.
