 I am also having this issue, I tried to get a good debug log while it was
 happening, not sure if it captured anything useful. I started a
 conversation with someone, I sent a few long messages and then did not
 receive any of their replies. I tried disabling my MSN account and then
 re-enabling it again and then I sent another message, but I still did not
 receive their reply.
