#15038: Some MSN messages fail to send to/from recipient

Comment(by redyoshi49q):

I've attached a copy/paste of the debug log and of the corresponding MSN
convo for that time. The debug log was started shortly after the start of
the conversation; the very beginning of the convo isn't represented in the
debug log, but everything else, including the bug's occurrence, is.

The environment is the same as it was in the initial post (Pidgin 2.10.3,
*not* the most current version as of the time of this post). Also note
that during this convo, I see the other person as offline while he sees me
 as online.

Lastly, because both myself and my IM partner copy/pasted our own sides of
the conversation, the chat log is a tad confusing. At 10:06:26, I paste
earlier lines of my own chat log, and the next five lines are a part of
that paste. Just after that, at 10:06:54, my partner pastes his side of
the convo, and his output is double spaced; note that the lines he
copy/pasted were not received by me earlier in the conversation.

This debug log/conversation log only shows messages that I have failed to
receive. My IM partner wasn't able to stay long enough to reproduce the
part of the bug where messages fail to send to him. Hopefully, I'll be
able to generate another debug log/conversation log combo that illustrates
 that as well.

When should I have the debug window open to get the debug information for
status? Is that generated when the MSN account logs in?
