 I have WindowsXP SP3. (polish)
 This issue comes up nearly every time I use Pidgin. I did not spotted this
 problem in previous versions. (currently I am using 2.10.3)

 I tried to copy'n'paste polish letters from notepad to pidgin chat window
 - it works.

 Under normal circumstances when I hit right alt+c it should enter "ć"
 letter in message editing window but it behaves exactly as left alt + c.
 (it expands Conversation menu)
