 Changes in PATCHv3:
 * Fixes a regression of PATCHv1/PATCHv2 possibly leading to non-working,
 subsequent file transfers in multi ip address setups
 (!__xep_bytestreams_parse() was freeing its xf->iq_id before
 g_strdup()'licating it)
 * Fixes another two, possible memory leaks, regressions of PATCHv1/PATCHv2
 (now we are freeing xf->jid and xf->proxy_host in
 !__xep_bytestreams_parse() before reassigning to them)

 Now this patch seems to work fine for me and I don't see anymore
 unaddressed issues of it for the time being.
