 Yes. You can find it in:

 \pidgin-2.10.6-win32bin\pixmaps\pidgin\emotes\small\theme

 QQ starts at LN 121

 glasses-cool.png appears multiple times (invincible.png appears zero
 times)
 sarcastic.png appears multiple times (uhm-yea.png appears zero times)

 I recommend just renaming the files above to match the default theme and
 removing LN 121 - LN 158 in the small theme. (LN 192 - LN 291 in the
 default theme at
 \pidgin-2.10.6-win32bin\pixmaps\pidgin\emotes\default\theme)
