 Since some time I have noted that some UI elements are not translated
 anymore, for example these buttons in the account management dialog:

 Pidgin Snarl is causing this, removing it from plugin path seems to have
 fixed the problem. However, alternatively applying the attached patch
 suggested by Daniel Atallah also fixes the problem, and he said that
 Pidgin should be behaving differently.
