 Trac does not offer the feature.  Even if your comment was deleted, trac
 would almost certainly still e-mail you when activity happens on this
 ticket.  This ticket, being fixed and closed, should not have any activity
 on it; what you've seen recently is some idiot posting link spam.  I can
 only assume this is some stupid ploy to make a site appear more relevant
 on Google and other search engines.  We remove that spam whenever we find
 it.  There's really nothing more we can do.
