Changes (by elb):

 * status:  new => closed
 * resolution:   => wontfix


Comment:

 The problem here is that the "new" status set from Offline was Do Not
 Disturb, which IRC does not support.  Fixing this is neither IRC specific
 nor likely to happen soon, due to the complexities of handling statuses
 that do not exist across protocols.
