 Both a friend and I talk through Pidgin, however we recently cannot talk
 due to one of us appearing offline when we are both actually online. We
 both have hotmail emails and this seems to have been going on for a while.

 If anyone can offer a way for us to fix this, that would be great since
 neither of us can use MSN for our computers and Pidgin seems to be the
 only why to speak.
