 I don't feel that the justification for this limitation is entirely valid.
 It should be easy to prevent such occurrences by making it impossible to
 recur within a few minutes.  That would immediately break an otherwise
 infinite loop before it repeats even once.  Please re-open the ticket and
 consider my suggestion.
